CANCELLATION POLICY​ for stays at Bergschlössl

 

• You can cancel free of charge up to 6 days before arrival. Please inform us by email if you cannot reach us by phone.

• From the 5th day before arrival, 50% of the booking costs are due. For bookings of more than 3 days, this applies to the first 3 days. The cancellation of the remaining days is free of charge.

• For package bookings (such as base fasting and others), 50% of the total package costs are to be paid, regardless of the number of days booked in case cancellation occurs within 7 days before start of the event. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
